NaNoWriMo 2007: Preparations
It’s time to begin prepping for NaNoWriMo.
This year, I’m trying something a little different. Michael Stackpole has something that was featured in his podcast The Secrets… 21 Days to a Novel.
So, for the next 21 days, the 21 days leading up to the beginning of NaNoWriMo, I’m going to follow his steps, and get a good foundation to begin my 50,000 words in November with.
Here we go…

Wow… Well, here’s one fan who’s wishing you luck!
I’ve off-and-on dreamed of having the conviction to keep with an idea like that…
(if I can)… one idea I heard that was passed on from Jerry Seinfeld (that you may have heard, but just in case you haven’t). Keep a big calendar where you can see it and mark off each day of work with a big black marker… shortly you will have a string of marked off days and it will give you extra incentive to not break the chain.
I’ve not started any tasks that need consecutive days, but plan to try it if I do
Big hugs and best of luck
